Mill Turn CNC Machinist

F1 – Oxfordshire

We are currently seeking 2 experienced Mill/Turn CNC machinists to join a high-performance F1 team

We have 2 positions available, one is on week day nights and the other position is weekend days, Saturday to Monday.

This role is ideal for skilled Turn/Millturn Machinists to join our permanent team and help craft the components that power the F1 race cars to victory. You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Mazak QuickTurn and Integrex machines using Mazatrol and Hypermill programs
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective parts with precision and speed
• Log activity and materials using advanced IT systems to drive continuous improvement
• Contribute directly to the performance of our F1 cars on track

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Turn/Millturn machining, ideally on Mazak equipment
• Expertise in working with aerospace-grade materials and complex geometries
• A commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive under pressure
