We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the elite F1 teams as a Dimensional Quality Assurance Inspector. Based within their cutting-edge manufacturing facility, this role is ideal for individuals looking to begin or advance their career in the fast-paced world of Formula One.

About the Role

As a Dimensional Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all composite and machined components meet the highest standards of quality and precision. You will perform detailed inspections to verify dimensional accuracy, material integrity, and compliance with design specifications. Your work will directly contribute to the performance and reliability of our race cars.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct Quality Assurance and Quality Control inspections on composite and machined components.

Verify components against technical drawings and specifications using CMM, Romer Arm, and hand tools.

Identify and report non-conforming parts, completing detailed inspection documentation.

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with inspection data.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with machined or composite components.

Strong understanding of technical drawings and inspection methodologies.

 Proficiency in using Polyworks (PC-DMIS experience is advantageous).

 Hands-on experience with CMM, Romer Arm, and manual inspection tools.

Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
