Vehicle Technician Vacancy – Relocation to Guernsey!

At Arden White Recruitment, we are delighted to partner with a respected and customer-focused car dealership group in their search for a skilled and motivated Technician to join their successful Aftersales team on the peaceful and picturesque island of Guernsey.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a variety of vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards
• Accurately diagnose vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner while maintaining workshop quality standards
• Collaborate with the service team to provide clear updates and accurate estimates for repair times
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out and follow manufacturer processes and procedures
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership or reputable independent garage
• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Confident in using diagnostic equipment and interpreting results accurately
• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• A full UK driving licence is essential

The Package

• Basic Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Bonus: £8,000 to £10,000 annually
• Guaranteed Bonus: £500 in your first month
• Hours: 40 per week
