Senior / Lead Composite Laminator – Outside IR35
Location: Warwickshire
Shifts: Nights (Mon-Thurs)
Contract: Initial 6 months with potential to go permanent.

Arden White is seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Composite Laminator to join a leading manufacturer of high-end motorsport and automotive components in Warwickshire. This role is crucial for supporting the build of the 2025 F1 car by producing high-quality composite laminates under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a key head figure on a small night shift team.
• Handle composite materials while adhering to established safety procedures.
• Laminate composite components according to specifications provided by project engineers.
• Prepare components for oven and autoclave processing using vacuum bagging techniques.
• Create tooling patterns and moulds with chemical sealers and release agents.
• Address and resolve quality issues in collaboration with project engineers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years laminating experience.
• Motorsport background preferred, but candidates from other sectors will be considered.
• Experience as a cell leader / supervisor / overseeing a small team would be beneficial.
