Job Title: Senior Production Engineer / CAD CAM Programmer

Our client is a leader in the manufacturing industry, specializing in cutting-edge technology and innovation. We are looking for a motivated Senior Production / CADCAM Engineer to join the team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC Programs for 4 & 5 axis machines, Multi-Axis Turn-Mills using Siemens NX & Vericut and Create CNC Grinding Programs for various grinding machines.
• Manage New Part Introduction for prototype and production projects.
• Define manufacturing routings and BOM using SAP ERP.
• Design fixtures and tooling for NPI projects.
• Support departmental training and progression.
• Estimate production times and costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities

Candidate Profile:

• Machining/programming complex components in the Automotive/Aerospace industry.
• NX CAD/CAM system.
• Vericut 
• SAP ERP 
• Engineering Qualification (HNC or higher).
• Machining/cutting and inspection techniques.
