Job Description:

Our client, a leading automotive parts supplier, is seeking a dynamic Parts Sales Executive to join their team. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and the wider team to meet the business goals and sales objectives of the centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet personal KPIs and contact objectives with target customers, contributing to overall business growth.
  • Identify the correct parts to meet customer requirements and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Utilise product promotions effectively to meet specific sales targets and identify potential opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and competitor activities to offer informed advice to customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through regular phone and face-to-face interactions, ensuring they receive a high level of service.
  • Understand customer needs, respond to enquiries, progress orders, and provide expert advice on products.
  • Keep customers informed about their credit status in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage incoming calls and customer enquiries within agreed KPIs, ensuring professional communication at all times.
  • Use all relevant systems efficiently to search for and order parts, ensuring accuracy in documentation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Confident communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive customer experience.
  • A collaborative individual who works well within a team, with the determination to help achieve team sales targets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills for accurate record-keeping.
  • Proficient in IT, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry and an interest in automotive products.
