This Customer Account Administrator is perfectly suited to an experienced Administrator who is looking for a local full-time role within a reputable business. Our client is a highly reputable company in the aviation sector. This role is based out of their inviting office space near Arborfield Green.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The main responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support the company’s corporate customer accounts, this includes:
  • Support day-to-day operations and communications between customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation including repair orders and supplier quotations.
  • Maintain and update inbound and outbound shipment tracking information.
  • Manage customer queries and the customer mailbox, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Help to develop customer performance reports and assist in customer programme reviews.
  • Review processes to enhance internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You Must be:

  • Based within a local, commutable radius of the office.
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and data processing skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Good communicator with practical problem-solving abilities.

Package:

  • Starting salary ranging from £23,000 – £27,000 per-annum.
  • This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday.

To be considered for this role you must have full right to work in the UK, be able to work full time and have sensible transportation to the office (drive or local public transport options).
