Job Role:
We are seeking 3 experienced Composite Trimmers with at least 3 years of motorsport experience to join a leading Formula 1 team in Italy. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive pay and a host of benefits.

Key Requirements:

• Right to Work in Italy: EU citizens, dual nationals, or valid work visa holders are eligible. UK candidates will also be considered with a work visa for Italy.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in composite trimming and carbon fibre handling.
• Expertise with tools such as grinders, drills, and pen mills for cutting and drilling carbon fibre.
• Deep knowledge of composite materials, especially in trimming and bonding.
• Experience with installing inserts like keenserts, rivets, rivnuts, and helicoils in carbon fibre parts.
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings and proficiency with measuring tools like calipers and comparators.

Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday shifts (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
• Shift Uplifts: 15% uplift for late shifts (6:00 PM to 10:00 PM), and 40% for overtime.
• Overtime opportunities available, including weekends.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
