Arden White is thrilled to partner with an elite F1 team to recruit multiple CNC Machinists with experience machining composite components / structures for the 2025 winter car build project.

Contract Details

• Duration: 6 months (Inside IR35)
• Pay Rates: Estimated take home after tax etc £780-£1000 per week (based on shift and experience)
• Extra Hours: Additional shifts available upon manager’s discretion

Shift Patterns
Flexible shift options to suit your schedule:

• Day Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 10-hour shifts (07:00–17:30)
• Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (18:00–04:30)
• Weekend Day Shift: Saturday–Monday, 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:30)
• Weekend Night Shift: Friday–Sunday, 12-hour shifts (18:00–06:30)

Role Overview
As a CNC Machinist, you’ll use your expertise to:

• Support the construction of the 2025 Formula 1 car.
• Manufacture high-performance components for one of the sport’s leading teams.

What you’ll need

• Heidenhain controls and 5-axis machining experience of composite structures (carbon, titanium, aluminium) and patterns (epoxy and PU block) would be expected.
• At least 2-3yrs worth ideally.
• Hypermill programming experience / knowledge also beneficial
• Working on Breton 5-axis machines, GF1350 and 800 5-axis machining centres, and Hurcos would seal the deal.

(Solid candidates without the above experience could be considered for the right work ethic and attitude but may be required to go on a training rate until up to speed.)
