CNC Setter Operator

Arden White is looking for experienced CNC Setter Operators to work in a global technology company at the forefront of engine performance in the automotive and motorsport sectors.

Double Day Shift available, early finishes on Fridays.

What you will do

• To set and operate numerous CNC machines
• Help with prove outs
• Review CMM reports
• Tool changes
• TPM checks

What you will need

• Ability to read, interpret and communicate technical information.
• Knowledge of Fanuc based machines such as Hitachi Seiki and Matsuura
• Experience running 4 and 5 axis CNC machines
• Ability to problem solve and see errors in NC code
• Demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of:
  • Work-holding methods.
  • Tool selection criteria.
  • Cutting tool parameters.
  • Manual machining techniques.
  • Shop floor computer systems.
  • Quality principles.
  • Inspection techniques
