Arden White is looking for a Build Quality Team Leader to oversee the quality of Hypercar engines, including the Gordon Murray V12 and Bugatti-Rimac V16. This key role will involve leading a small team of Build Quality Engineers and working closely with the Engineering Quality Manager to implement strategies that ensure the highest quality standards for these cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Build Quality Engineers, managing KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Develop non-conformance management processes and resolve quality issues within assembly and customer environments.
• Chair non-conformance and customer complaint reviews.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for any quality concerns.
• Oversee PPAP submissions and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Manage team resources, priorities, and absences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and data protection regulations.

Candidate Profile:

• Leadership experience in an engineering environment with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of APQP tools, AS9100, and ISO9001 quality systems.
• Experience developing quality processes, ideally in the powertrain industry.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.
