B1.3 Licensed Engineer – Staverton Airport, Gloucester
We are seeking a skilled B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join a well-established aviation maintenance team at Staverton Airport, Gloucester. With over 40 years of experience in the rotary aviation sector, our client is a leading provider of maintenance services, specialising in Leonardo helicopters.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold a UK CAA Part 66 Licence with one or more of the following type ratings:
- EC135
- A109
- AB206 / Bell 206 Jet Ranger
Candidates with type ratings for AW109, Bell 206, or similar aircraft will also be considered, and type training may be offered for the right applicant. Additionally, applicants must provide proof of recency and eligibility to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular engineering reports to the Head of Maintenance and relevant departments.
- Certify maintenance work within the scope of company authorisations.
- Perform both line and base maintenance at various company locations, as well as off-site at customer locations when required.
- Oversee and carry out all tasks related to aircraft maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory authorities (CAA, EASA, etc.).
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Supervise other engineering and support staff when necessary.
- Ensure all Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements are met in accordance with company policies and reporting authorities.
- Manage maintenance activities within your control, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain proficiency with Microsoft-based systems and other relevant software.
