Composite Trimmer

We are currently seeking experienced F1 Trimmers to join a leading F1 team on a long-term contract on either week days or weekend days shifts

This role is ideal for skilled trimmers with a background in Formula 1, motorsport, or high-end composite manufacturing. You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Trim and finish pre-preg carbon fibre components to precise specifications

Work from engineering drawings and trimming guides

Trim and de-burr composite parts post-curing

Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet exacting standards

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Collaborate with engineers and team leads to meet production targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a trimmer in F1, motorsport, or aerospace

Strong understanding of composite materials and trimming techniques

Ability to work night shifts and weekend days consistently

Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
