Quality Inspection Team Leader – Formula 1

Arden White are seeking an experienced Quality / Inspection candidate with a strong leadership background to take charge of our Formula 1 clients Quality Inspection team and put their own stamp on things. If you're passionate about delivering best-in-class performance and driving efficiency, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of all Inspectors in your team and the allocation of work.
- Ensure your team are clear on their daily activities, and coach and facilitate their ability to deliver on them.
- Supporting staff selection, performance, development, and training processes
- Ensure components are inspected using appropriate inspection techniques to department standards, and that material and treatment documentation is correct and in accordance with route operations and technical specifications.
- Scrutinising and adjusting work schedules to solve scheduling and inspection quality problems will be required.
Requirements:
- Proven leader.
- Strong engineering inspection background.
- Great background with Metrology measurement equipment and software’s.
- High performing individual with the ability to remain focused and objective under pressure, and work to strict deadlines with minimum supervision.
