Helpdesk Coordinator (Telecoms) – South Wales

Arden White have partnered with a global telecom provider and on the lookout for an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator.

The Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides its customers with network monitoring, Global engineering resources and associated technical services. Based in South Wales, the NOC is staffed by highly trained professionals on a 24x7x365 basis and has well-established methods and procedures.


What will I be doing?

  • Answer and process customer fault calls
  • Conduct transactions accurately
  • Log support calls from customers
  • Manage faults to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Monitor 3rd Party Systems
  • Carry out any further ad-hoc tasks requested by the NOC Manager or NOC Team Leader during day and night shifts.


What will I need?

  • Previous Help Desk experience an advantage
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent customer service skills


Working Environment:

We have both roles and solely days and roles on This role operates on a shift pattern.

Day Shift - Monday - Friday 0800 - 1630

Weekly rotating shift pattern of: Monday - Friday

06:00 – 14:30
14:00 – 22:30
22:00 – 06:30
